UXOverflow is a UX feedback platform that uses artificial intelligence to analyze user interface designs and provide actionable improvement suggestions. The Service includes AI-powered analysis, community feedback features, and an expert marketplace. Features and availability may change as the platform evolves.
3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Important: All AI-generated analyses, scores, and recommendations provided by UXOverflow are suggestions only. They do not constitute a formal accessibility audit, WCAG compliance certification, or professional UX review. Results may contain inaccuracies or miss issues that a qualified human reviewer would identify. You should always validate AI-generated findings with qualified professionals before making critical design decisions or claiming compliance with any standard.
4. Credits and Billing
Certain features of the Service require credits or a paid subscription. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing, credit allocations, and billing terms at any time with reasonable notice. Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider, Dodo Payments, and are subject to their terms of service.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all designs, images, and other content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant UXOverflow a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell your content or use it for purposes unrelated to your analysis requests. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you submit.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UXOverflow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
7. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
